      - CMMI Level 5 Company - Backed by a large Japanese Corporation - Good Technical and Softskill training - Process-oriented

      Cons

      Mostly support projects - Can't learn much Mediocre salary - atleast for freshers HR are more Company-Friendly than Employee-Friendly Still a strict formal dress code

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
