      It's ok to start your career here, good work-life balance for being a consulting company, and you learn something.

      Cons

      After 18 months, LEAVE, career opportunities are almost non-existing. Wages are very very low.

      Pros

      You got a check, The product and my insured were why I came to work. I love helping the members. Enjoyed weekly touch base meetings.

      Cons

      Senior agents put in place of the newbies were the worse. If you were not a part of the CLIQUE your opinion or voice did not matter. They bully their employees and my dept turn over rate should be studied.
