After being the part of the company for more than 2 years, I can assure that life within NTT is bad with worst management, no market standards are maintained for both salary and hike policy... .. Hike is based on NLCI (which is a mandate for hike and does not relate to any thing we do on job), case study and some behavioural trainings which mostly never come into play with our job. Managers do regionalism giving priority to guys who belong to their states and language and do not understand the team from inside but instead take the reviews of em[employees from few selected members who are again those who speak same language. HR exists just to nod on employees complains but no action will be taken by HR...
