      A) Its a good company for some one to settle down in their career (If not bothered about money). B) Not that much stress.(Except Few projects)

      Cons

      HR Polices keep on changing. Hikes and Bonus are not that good.

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
