Pros
Development opportunities are really good, with well defined performance management process and fair assessments. Working on the main campus is certainly an advantage, as the facilities provided are outstanding.
Cons
For those coming from a smaller company, first thing that will impact is the amount of processes and bureaucracy involved in every single step. Decision making is slow, typical for a Pharma, and consensus based.
