    Same cons as all companies of that size suffer from, e.g.:
    - Sometimes unclear organisational structures
    - You will repeatedly face global initiatives that may make sense in the grand scheme of things, but can be very negative/damaging for your site/unit

    Nice people, nice atmosphere, lovely building. Good food offerings for lunch in the canteen.
