    I have been working at O2 full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Amazing brand that really does invest in the customer and its people. Fast paced, exciting, forward thinking and massive potential for the future as it invests more and more into our ambition of being number one. As much as the business is large, it does look after you as an individual. Whether it’s personal development, reward or recognition, you will receive all of those from O2. The people make this business and there is a real feeling of team and belonging. This, by far, is the best company I have ever worked for.

    Cons

    There are absolutely no cons, believe me. I suppose every company sometime has its challenging days but in O2 you feel like there is nothing you cannot fix.

    Pros

    Friendly company, considerate attitude towards employees and contractors. The company carries out many stimulating, creative projects. Combines friendly, supportive attitude with a high level of competence and professional approach to work.

    Cons

    Sometimes the pressure of work (dealines) is excessive.

    Pros

    Individuals do not go unnoticed, communication is incredible throughout the hierarchy, you don’t feel like anyone is not contactable and teams collaborate and support each other throughout the organisation. You can see the companies ideologies are the same for all staff. Perks are absolutely fantastic with heavily reduced staff plans, discounts and perks across a huge range of retailers, upon being recognised you get the opportunity to win tickets to O2 venues and events, great internal competition and point earning system that boosts engagement and performance.

    Cons

    There does seem to be an issue where cuts and budgets seem to be denying staff the opportunity to progress and develop their careers, seems to be a feeling where individuals are told they are not ready or positions are put on hold, this can be demotivating and make people feel their worth is lower.
