    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at O2 full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Decent, hard working colleagues. Some of which have worked for the company for over 20 years.

    Cons

Senior management team are detached from reality. We just found out that we would lose the company car scheme, included life insurance and other benefits. To top it off they cancelled the annual bring your kids in Christmas event.

    Advice to Management

Your employees are your most important asset in an increasingly competitive industry. The key to getting a edge over the competition is to treat your employees better not worse!
