We're very proud to support Step into STEM. A 7 month mentoring and work insight programme funded and supported by O2, BT, Vodafone and Ericsson to give female students access to professionals in science, technology, engineering & maths sectors.

We're a growing group of passionate people who believe that equality is best.

This year we’re looking to increase our footprint (and recruit more men), but for now we want to make sure that Network members feel supported and that we grow together.

    I have been working at O2 full-time (Less than a year)


    As an apprentice, it was really scary starting in a big company. Everyone is really friendly and caring. I feel so much support from all those around me. They also have great benefits. I was able to pay for my driving lessons through one of the benefits.


    I am not able to think of a con.

    Advice to Management

    I applied online. I interviewed at O2 (London, England) in September 2017.


    Conversational - very much based on your own experiences with a case study at the end. The interviewers were both very friendly and one had my CV out in front of him. Felt the case study was slightly rushed and not really thought out, however. Usually strategy case studies are an iterative conversation where you try to obtain more data and work with it. However, a strategy-related topic was just thrown at me (note: I'm not complaining).
