O2 - Why Work With Us?

At O2 it’s our responsibility to be there for our customers, providing fantastic connectivity and the best value while maintaining the industry’s leading customer service. We’re all about providing technology that creates new, exciting and personal experiences for more than 35 million people.

O2 strives to do the right thing both as a business and for its customers.  We have committed to becoming net zero by 2025 and to working with supply chain partners to reduce carbon emissions by 30% in the next five years.

We’re here to make every day better. Not just for our customers, but for our people too. With more than 6,500 employees across three main office sites and more than 440 retail stores, we were named a Best Place to Work in Glassdoor’s 2019 Employee’s Choice Awards.

Our industry-leading inclusive policies have been recognised with a National Inclusion Standard accreditation. In 2019 we introduced 14 weeks’ paid paternity leave for heterosexual and same-sex couples, and launched a toolkit for employees considering transitioning at work.

O2 is the only telecom named in the Social Mobility Employer Index for the last three years.

So, whether you’re looking for ongoing career development and support, fantastic people policies and networks, or great benefits and generous rewards, we’ll help you find it. We’ll give you the freedom to make O2 your kind of place.

Most of all, it’s the answer to that one big question: Why O2? #OurPeopleAreTheReason and we are a team. Become a part of #TeamO2
