    I worked at O2 full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    I worked for O2 for 4 years, started off part time in my home town, then they offered me a position in a store closer to my university and supported me throughout my degree and when I had finished.

    They have great employee perks
    Fantastic training scheme
    Progress is always available is you are always supported
    You get support from the manufactures of the devices as well
    Very good wage - even better if you can get overtime
    Fantastic days out and meetings - they always keep you in the loop!

    Cons

    I actually do not think I have a bad thing to say about this place!

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you are doing, I enjoyed my time at this company and whilst it didn't offer me my forever job, I'd go back in a heart beat!

    I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at O2 (Slough, Berkshire, South East England, England) in August 2017.

    Interview

    I initially had a phone interview with the Senior HR Recruitment Advisor and they were extremely helpful. I then completed an online video interview which in comparison to other video interviews I have completed, this was by far the most relaxed one as they allow good amount of time to complete and even the option to record your answer the second time.
    I was then accepted for a face to face interview with two of the HR managers and that was overall very relaxed however I did lack more of the knowledge they required from a HR Change employee and I had just graduated.
