Pros
- The chance to work wit some big, blue chip firms although I would avoid the Unilever account if I were you - A very quickly growing company so a good chance of career progression if you can play the politics game - Great idea of in-housing / onsite teams to reduce client costs - Free breakfast (toast & cereal) - Free drinks once a month
Cons
- A very real blame culture where people will throw you under the bus wherever possible - Poor cashflow and infamous for paying suppliers, including freelancers late - No real creative work, most of the time it's the basic work the internal creative teams don't want to go near - The HR team is a joke, there's a few very hard working people but given little guidance - Standard benefits - Didn't have a Christmas Party to save money and replaced it with a "Winter Party" a couple of months later - The company cuts corners wherever possible - Not great career progression when working onsite - Not a great social side, a few of the teams go for drinks, lunch, etc but most people work through their lunch and go straight home (to work in many cases) - Encouraged to come up with ideas for projects, which aren't enacted - A lot of nepotism - It's who you know, rather than what you know - A lot of the teams are burnt out from working all hours & weekends, most people seem to be doing the work of 2-3 people - You won't produce the best work of your career here and will learn very little - A lot of very under qualified people in senior roles as the company has grown so quickly - No real values - Below average - average pay - Internet not brilliant
