      - Belonging networks are led by volunteers in the business. Authentic and with intent. They have built a real sense of community - Progressive Policies

      Cons

      - Poor leadership, these policies were in place before new leadership were in. The people culture is diminishing and bad leadership/toxic culture is being allowed to thrive
