There is huge list of these. 1. Worst Work- Life balance ever- forget about your family, friends, loved ones. Keep everything aside and think about OYO only. This is the way they want people to work here. 2. Only company where Rumours becomes Reality- All the news over the media are mostly right. You really never know here tomorrow you have your job with you or not. 3. Some functions are irrelevant- Some departments and people in organisation are so irrelevant that they are just there for a tag nothing else. Don't expect any support from so called support function. 4. Salary Issues- Every time there is metric which will be there to stop your salary. It doesn't matter how well you perform, how well you handled a scenario which saved your company a huge chunk of money. There are some things which will make you fight for your basic salary that you are getting. Conclusion- Don't fall for the so called big name OYO. It is just a gimmick to pull you out of your good job to such a experience which you'll regret for the rest of your life.
