- No direction or clear strategy about where the company is heading - Clear Hire and fire policy (Only performers will stay is the reply they keep giving when asked about lay offs, in reality people get fired only because they are on a higher salary bracket, especially junior employees) - Senior management don't have the time to reply to your concerns or emails. They are more busy trying to hide during tense situations (when clients give poor feedback about a property) - HR says they are HR driven company, but in reality they are a politics driven company (You will survive only if you have good relations with senior leadership) - Company is only after short term results - HR dont help with any of your queries. HR's in this firm are most efficient when they are planning on how many to fire this month - They will only use you for your relations in the business market. Once they feel you cannot get more clients onboard OYO platform, your just a liability for them - There have been many instances that employees have not received their salaries on time or their monthly bonuses
