      Pros

      Awesome and smart co-workers Healthy relationship with Hoteliers No hirarchy - people are treated equally, despite position ( Not sure, if this will continue repeat Continue). An organisation for masses not the class ( Hope to see, they will position "Elite Hotels" in a better way).

      Cons

      Rapid expansion had positioned the brand but quality dropped :( can be verified with customer(s) reviews. Monotonous work, especially for city team Improvement required in training staff Position not offered as per past experience or say, no process to rectify recruitment lapse - hope, it shall be taken care soon !

      Plenty of opportunities to work on real-world machine learning problems, exposure to large-scale data, supportive colleagues, fast-paced culture that encourages growth and continuous learning.

      Cons

      Work-life balance can be challenging at times due to tight deadlines, rapid changes in priorities, and the need to adapt quickly in a high-pressure startup-like environment.
