Pros

Good reputation, better than most other consulting firms Teaches you corporate politics via the "sink or swim" framework The firm allows you to take unpaid leave of absence 4-5 weeks every other year off to travel the world or volunteer Pay is competitive

Cons

If you use firm's unpaid leave of absence program, it will be reflected negatively in performance reviews In fact, any personally distinguishing characteristic, such as time of for holidays, developing innovative analytical approaches, seeking additional responsibility, etc will be reflected negatively in performance reviews Cultish firm culture Long hours are standard (12-14 hour days, 70+ hour weeks)
