It is good to see that our staff and benefits have been commented on positively as we're proud of both the commitment and enthusiasm that our employees bring to their roles. To reply to your comments about job descriptions, we have recently been through a group wide job description review to ensure that all employees are aware of their roles and these are completed in a way that accurately reflects the work they do. In regards to the limited career scope, all of our employees are now part of group wide career development programme that allows employees to have visibility of roles that are available across the Drax Group. Therefore if there are currently no opportunities to broaden your horizons at Opus Energy, you will be able to move within the group. Internal progression and development is an important focus to us and this programme ensures that employees are aware of the opportunities available to them.
