Pros
I stay for the benefits, which are still great so far. First line managers tend to be very good managers, very employee oriented, open to ideas, and supportive of their teams.
Cons
Little management respect for the Customer Support organization, little or no training or time for self-learning in Customer Support. Upper management culture is one of bullies, profanity, and ego. Took away all of the bonus plan for non-management. No incentive to go the extra mile for customers - very few rewards or acknowledgment for superior performance.
