Pros
Smart people; great culture; interesting professional challenges; highly dynamic environment. Senior management was a cohesive team and hopefully the business will thrive with Expedia's deeper resources.
Cons
Scale disadvantage relative to major competitors. This is clearly no longer an issue as they are part of Expedia. It will be interesting to see how the integration progresses.
