Pros
People you work with are great (though nobody is really here long term), middle management doing their best all things considered. Everyday is different enough to not be overly repetitive
Cons
Management don't seem to know what's happening, what our goals should be or where we are headed. AM's are told KPI's, we query them, and get told this is what it is - fair enough, you are paying our salaries, but commission should be something the team thinks is achievable. Categorically, the team have no reason to think it is. Team goodwill has left the building a long time ago, now people will just start to shut down and/or leave, as is their right to do. We may be owners of the business, but we don't want to go down with the ship. It also looks like we will now be expected to manage our own retention clients when they no longer want our service - but I assume there will be with no consideration or changes to our workload or pay. Looks like common sense has also snuck out the backdoor whilst we weren't looking.
