Pros
Salary and bonuses are good. My people manager was supportive but not really able to do much.
Cons
Training and onboarding is very poor. Titles, responsibilities, processes change constantly so no one knows what they're doing or how to do it. Culture is not supportive, everyone is passing the buck and pointing fingers. Resourcing is very uneven and irrational. Health insurance options are not good. Systems are antiquated and overly complicated; not user friendly. Very inefficient processes.
