      The company name value is pretty good, and the salary is not that bad.

      Cons

      The company makes you super busy, and work overtime. (But no compensation for that.) There are so many communication chain, so it makes workflow so slow.

      Compensation and bonus has been available through ebbs and flows of business. Hard work is typically seen and rewarded.

      Cons

      7 line managers in 10 years (through one role change) Company restructures often. You must be willing to adapt and thrive in constant change.
