Pros

Good place to work when it comes to work-life balance. Working in a global team gives a different level of experience. Employee benefits are good.

Cons

Few teams are overloaded with work; hence, resource management needs improvements.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I'm glad to hear you've had a positive experience with work-life balance, working in a global team, and our employee benefits. That global collaboration is something we value highly, and it's great to know it's been meaningful for you. I appreciate your observations about resource management and workload distribution across teams. Ensuring work is balanced appropriately is something we continue to focus on. Your point about internal opportunities during reorganization is also noted. We understand how important it is for employees to have visibility into options during times of change. Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. If you'd like to discuss your experience further, please contact me at Tom.McGoldrick@Parexel.com.

Pros

Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

Cons

no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )

Pros

The only pro is that they offer remote work.

Cons

I would give zero stars if I could, but since I can’t, I’m forced to give one. They seem to have layoffs almost every year. Their US-based pharmacovigilance team was also affected in 2024 and 2025. It really feels like a hire-and-fire culture.
