      Decent work & life balance, good benefits, overall nice people around

      Poor top management decisions, IT systems are seriously outdated, massive loss of institutional knowledge due to constant restructuring, lots of newcomers who don't know much, lots of politics and behind the door made decisions, lack of respect for employees, low morale

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
