      Pros

      Flexible work hours, middle management tries to keep staff content.

      Cons

      Fractured IT solutions. Historically elected not to invest in proper IT admin solutions and now reaps the consequences. Extreme amounts of work are done manually instead of automatically Extremely slow to improve processes.

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )
