Pros
Good place to get experience, if you stick it out and work hard they do notice and will give you the opportunity to move up.
Cons
There is a lot of drama as everyone is right out of college. I've gotten turned away from Drs because of the health insurance. The Anual pay raise is pretty much nothing or negative when you take into account the cost of living is always rising.
