Salary is not low. But only if you just jumped into this company, not working for years. You can learn a lot fast. Good for new in carrier.
Cons
Almost no raising salary, no bonuses, no holidays parties, no team meetings, no wise management. You can’t be sure if you won’t be fired tomorrow, especially if you are not young or have high salary. You will hear only critics and maybe experience tough micro management. Promoting in average in 5 years.
