      Pros

      * There are some quality people working at Parexel. * Established processes, overall very strong DM leads.

      Cons

      * Worst management I have ever experienced. Direct manager was offensive, rude, and often inappropriate. * Zero work life balance. * Zero support from management/flexibility in working arrangement. As an example, if I was to step away from my desk, I'd often receive IMs questioning where I was at that time.

      Pros

      Well trained managers that empower you, truly listen to you, and only do well if YOU do well/ they provide resources and definitely offer development opportunities to those who want them AND have demonstrated they can maintain their scoped, regular duties at a high level of quality while working on special development projects Also unlimited RTO in US

      Cons

      no bonuses and too much focus/emphasis on how many years with *Parexel*, as opposed to how many years total you have been in the industry (ex doing site management at another CRO or Sponsor group )

      Quality, setting realistic expectations for all workers, and workforce stability.
