      Supportive, very flexible and remote such that you can move at your own pace and great training/onboarding too.

      Pros

      People appear to be nice, good benefits, and appearance of nice/collaborative culture.

      Cons

      Employees - especially those who have been there for years are very territorial for work. The company is highly siloed, people do not collaborate in a positive manner but a very fake manner with alternative agendas. Too many meetings with no agendas.
