PayPal has the potential to really grow in the next five years and there is a lot of excitement about that
Cons
PayPal continues to hire externally for new VPs and Senior Directors. Overall the quality of these people is poor resulting in many experienced people leaving for similar roles (not better) in other companies. In some cases this is due to poor hiring by senior leadership and HR and in other cases it is due to hiring candidates with overinflated resumes.
