      The People and the Culture but that has changed significantly because those who don’t work here didn’t understand who the true leaders were

      If we share our ideas we are pushed out. Leadership likes people who take direction and don’t share their opinion.

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
