      excellent compensation and benefits.. very good work culture... great business model and still highly competitive in their own business... global presence...

      Cons

      lack of great leaders... no long term vision.. very frequent organizational changes makes employees not having proper direction...bad work life balance... not a very good performance management system...

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
