Pros

Employees are trying to do best they can with the resources they have. The benefits are comparable to other companies.

Cons

The company is driving savings and profit at the expense of the atmosphere and people. The place is unprofessional, everyone is running around without a plan and trying to do their best. Area specialist don’t take responsibility for their part of work and so that teams are not working towards the same goal. Project management is non existent. People are scared and fear for their jobs, and so that no one raises the real issues. People are exhausted and harassed. No actions are taken to improve the ways of working and decisions and driven by profit only. The strategy (apart from making money) is not clear and no changes are being made to improve the staff morale. Projects are underfunded and staff feel unsupported.
