      Pros

      There are some fantastic individuals in the business going above and beyond what their role and salary dictate.

      Cons

      Benefits being cut let right and centre. Squeezing resource with the expectation to do more for less leading to insane amounts of burnout, rushed projects. Too focused on financial targets with no care for the people who they need to make it happen.
