People who are perfectly capable of doing their jobs are signed off from LLOP picking, leaving everyone else to pick up the slack, causing back injuries and damaging morale. If you complain, managers are quick to remind you that you're "just a warehouse colleague." * A clear two-tier workforce. Some people can stand around chatting to managers about their private lives, while others can't even stop for a minute to catch their breath because they're not part of the FLMs' favourites. * Many of the foreign workers lack basic respect, hygiene, common sense, and awareness of health and safety. * Dust, the smell of rotting meat, rats, mice, rodent droppings, and urine are everywhere. * The smell from the toilets is so bad that you can sometimes notice it from reception. * The company seems determined to claw back money from employees wherever it can, yet has no problem overpaying a layer of largely useless management.
