Pros
Excellent trainers and consultants who I wouldn't hesitate to recommend for work. it's fantastic knowing that they work just as hard as you do outside of the classroom. They are the backbone of the company and the reason why the company is still in existence.
Cons
The majority of staff worked hard but there are a few who refused to pull their weight and would take as long as possible to complete tasks so that they could keep their load low. QA you need to rid yourself of these staff as laziness does have a bearing on the clients. It is also frustrating to see when you have to put in the extra hours to get through your workload fi you have demanding or busy accounts. Wages are low considering the overtime that can be expected. Management tend to turn a blind eye with an "If I'm here, you can be here." attitude. This would be fine if I'd been paid the same wage. I've also see managers allocate increases to staff they liked on a personal basis and ignore the hardworking. It was a shame that this used to happen as they lost some key staff through an unbalanced reward scheme.
