A busy atmosphere with little room for error and virtually no room for advancement. - Tech Support Quadient Employee Review

Pros

Location(s) make Neopost desirable. If an employee relocates, they may have the option to transfer within the company. For the most part, the employees are friendly and the days are very busy which makes time fly by. Insurance/benefits are offered after your probationary period.

Cons

Neopost hires through temp agencies and (far too often) they let the temp go before offering them a chance to become a permanent employee. Most times the temp is competent and sometimes, they are more of an ideal candidate than permanent employees. Employees are not treated fairly. New hires who have family within the company advance faster than those without relatives. They also fire people who have worked at the company for years, only to hire recent grad students. Before considering Neopost for employment, you need to ask yourself if you are prepared to kiss managements behind, over work yourself and stay in the same position for years to come.

Pros

Lots of great people. Good long term vision. Strong product offering.

Cons

The mailing industry is declining. The company is pivoting to software, but is caught between short term revenue generation and long term profitability. Unfortunately, widespread layoffs of longtime employees in key positions has weakened the company culture and morale.
