Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're glad to hear that your short tenure with us was positive with regards to salary and executive leadership. Concerning the micromanagement you had experienced, one of our core values is ensuring employees are empowered to do their best work. This past year has been an adjustment period for all of us, with the migration to home offices, and lack of face to face interaction. We're sure that all our managers and employees had different challenges adjusting to this. However, last year we rolled out a comprehensive training program, Smart Work, which provided educational resources to managers and employees on how to adjust to the 'new norm'.
