Pros
Great training, great way to learn how the fast fashion industry works and good tools that are transferable. Fast paced environment!
Cons
Too political, you have to be favoured by the directors to be recognised. There is a ‘parent-child’ attitude from the owner and in turn most of the directors adopted this culture. Too much gossiping and not enough focus on how to over come challenges.
