Pros
- Good pay - Remote - Some good learning experience
Cons
- Very bad management. A lot of people with no management training somehow become managers and then ruin the life of the people they are meant to manage. - Work life balance is team dependent, you are given tasks that regularly makes you work outside of work hours (you could see yourself working 10hrs-13hrs daily and this is very common). - A good percentage of the employees don't make it past the probation. And trust me, it is not about those employees - No relationship whatsoever with your colleagues, the culture has turned everybody to like a robot, just work and nothing else. - If your manager don't like you, you are done for (regardless of whether you are good at your job or not).
