Worst place for designers to work at:
- User testing is non-existent;
- You don't make decisions, you just make what the CEO says;
- The CEO believes that any sort of exploration tools (customer research, a/b testing etc.) are for 'lazy-thinkers', meaning you never get to the exploration stage, you just do what he thinks should be done;
- You must present something twice a week, otherwise you're too slow and must be fired;
- Your opinion doesn't matter because (obviously) the CEO knows what's better!
- Overall culture of abusing people (sometimes in public) is being driven from the top and is not something they think should be fixed.
I recommend to avoid this company. Join only if you're at a Junior level and want to have something recognisable on your CV, but do not spend more than 6 months there.
