Very small teams with way too much responsibilities, thus in case of any team member gets sick or go on holidays, others should work much more including overtime which is not paid separately;
Push culture, big ambitions with very limited resources (technical and human) to achieve it on planned deadlines;
Quarterly performance reviews with strictly followed quarterly KPIs, which are not set in a perfect way and thus leads competition between employees;
The amount of best ratings for employees are limited which indirectly encourages competition among members of the same team;
