Once you're placed on a client site, you're left to fend for yourself. Don't expect any support from your account manager - it's very very money driven - if you don't hit direct recruitment targets then expect to have to explain why. You'll also be given no support to push back to the client and have to be at their beck and call all the time.
Absolutely zero flexible working for the team, only the management.
So much churn in the team - just as you get used to a team member, they're fired (usually with no warning given) and a replacement is appointed without meeting any of the team first.
Never again, I'd not recommend working at RS to a single person
