Terrible training - Postman/Woman With Driving Royal Mail Employee Review

Terrible training. No standardised approach to organising the post prior to delivery. Expectations are sky high when you first join. Lots to remember, all at once, when they could space out the responsibilities better. Management don't listen to complaints, offer little advice.
