      Pros

      - Team work in highest level. - All type of people from different backgrounds & cultures ..... by the end it is international company - different experiences & ideas are welcomed. - best company to appreciate its employees. - young leadership

      Cons

      - you need to have a different skills especially in communication. - most of meetings & discussion will be via Skype it will be annoying with different time zone.

      Pros

      Great Workplace with a great sense of community. Interesting research that kept employees engaged

      Cons

      Currently restructuring going on. Many layoffs occurring at this time. There would be gaps in communication between and American and Saudi leadership. Many milestones reached on American side often lost steam once they reached Saudi review. Promotions were not equally vetted.
