      SABIC has huge growth ambition and the resources and long term decision making focus to see this achieved. There is a strong focus on delivery and growing momentum towards global collaboration and innovation.

      Cons

      The culture is highly conservative and decision making can often be slow (& frustrating). Sometimes the desire to achieve results and achieve top quartile benchmark status in every area can lead to unrealistic aspirations and sub-optimal decisions versus value creation.
