* Senior Management assigns the task as per their will without doing a home work as what is the capacity, and what is the propensity to achieve a target in India.
* If an employee is good is rapport building with Senior Management, then she/he is safe, or else keep looking out.
* Highly unprofessional Senior Management specially in India, not too sure about other locations/regions.
* Because of Senior Management the culture and values which is being followed in other locations/ regions is negligible.
