Pros
Lots of opportunities for movement within the company if you look for them, strong sense of teamwork and collaboration if you find the right team, and opportunities to work on cutting-edge tech and business issues leveraging the scale of a global enterprise.
Cons
The size and the complexity of the organization mean that there sometimes is a lack of clarity and lack of alignment, internally. Decision making can be slow at times, and in the end this is not so much a truly global company as it is a German company with operations (and thousands of employees) dispersed around the globe - a subtle but important distinction.
