Pros
Outstanding work-life balance. Many people almost do not even work at SAP, and spend all day doing personal tasks and watching videos. Good point is getting experience on a specific module, and leave SAP to work as external consultant.
Cons
The same people that do not work sometimes earn almost the double than hard workers. SAP has no meritocracy and the salary is only based on initial negotiation. In Brazil if you do not negotiate a good salary when you enter, either you become a manager (which is an extremely unclear process) or you will get frustrated as you will produce a lot and will only hear "sorry" from your manager.
