Fabricate lies to get rid of alot of agents when they earn too much. Recent load of redundancies show this as they are still hiring. Get promoted to level 4 and they try get rid. They add more targets and do not increase monthly bonus and promise targets will never go up and they do month on month. When you leave they try hold your pay packet and extort money from you they are not owed.
