    Pros

Going home. Free parking. Private health care

    Cons

The worst company. Do not work here unless MacDonalds has refused you. Seriously, walk away and go elsewhere. If you are disabled they discriminate as use a system called the 'Bradford score' to track sick days. This system stops you moving up the pay scales as if Bradford score too high they refuse to allow you to move up. Tough if you have a disability. Totally unethical. Managers don't listen and those at top really don't care.

    Advice to Management

    Wake up

    Cons

A lot of pressure piled onto you at first, but after a couple of weeks it start to click and sink in.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the smiles, new faces love a friendly face. Can be daunting if nobody is interested.

I worked at Saga Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Lovely clients .
Was a lovely place to work

    Cons

    Split shifts
    Under pressure to cover calls
    High staff turnover
    Rude management
Lack of leadership by team leader

    Advice to Management

Stop bullying staff to work ridiculously long hours / over split shifts
Change the Like it or leave attitudes
Treat your staff with respect and compassion and you will go a long way to making things better .
Discussions regarding Rota unfair and short sighted - resulting in huge loss of staff , leaving clients at risk and remaining carers under huge pressure.

I worked at Saga Group full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The ability to earn a decent amount of commission was there, provided you were willing to work at the company for several years. For a job that required very little expertise, the earning potential is high.

    Cons

Stessful working environment, unsociable hours which are different every week, difficult to hit commission commission at higher levels which results in loss of all commission

There are many pros of working for Saga. Mostly for me, it was meeting my team. Everyone clicks and gets along both inside and outside of work. There is support all around from colleagues and managers whenever you may need it

    Cons

The call volumes at times can be quite demanding so it's important to stay calm under pressure.
